PO-02-034 PULSED-FIELD ABLATION OF ATRIAL FIBRILLATION: KINETIC OF RELEASE OF MULTIPLE CARDIAC BIOMARKERS

Different studies have showed data on the variation of cardiac biomarkers after a thermal energy approach (i.e. cryoablation or radiofrequency) for ablation atrial fibrillation (AF). To date, when non-thermal is used, such as electroporation obtained by means pulsed-field (PFA), kinetic release multiple has not yet been clarified. We studied pattern 6 different prior and PFA AF. All consecutive patients (pts) indicated AF who received treatment with new catheter (FARAWAVE) at our center were included. PVI was using 2 kV 8 applications per vein additional lesions delivered operator’s discretion.
